It is the teaching of living an unconditional life, conveyed through excerpts on words, precious moments, and expressive content. It is a challenge; a daily one-page read without skipping ahead or looking back. It is a reminder; we are more than just flesh and blood; we are emotional and misunderstood. It is a vision for living in the moment.

DAY ONE
Find Purpose in the Present
learn to be the highlight of your own life without judging yourself and others. master something that will enrich your life in this moment. you can’t decide the rest of your life in an instant but you can find the purpose of the present.
DAY TWO
The Conditions We Live By
conditional means having to fabricate with other peoples expectations. unconditional means you create your own life without judgement or forced entry. you decide the path best suited for your own personal growth and understanding.
DAY THREE
They Don’t Decide Your Worth
never let anyone make you feel invaluable. the price we pay for honesty is far greater than a decline in self love. if you are shot down for your beliefs, it is because they do not see what lies beneath but rather the cover. don’t be fooled by their words and intent. stand strong.
DAY FOUR
Feel It, Then Let It Go
connect with the triggers, feel them, evaluate their importance and then let them go. do not dwell on things that do not serve you justice. find that moment of light and appreciate your awareness.
DAY FIVE – lifestyle
The World Does Not Define You
strength is acquired by believing we are great and possess inner life for our own well being. we are not defined by the world and the world should not define who we truly are.
DAY SIX
Nothing to Prove
we should never have to convince ourselves of greatness and stamina. we should always believe we are unique in our own way. our precious lives stand for inner beauty.
DAY SEVEN
I Will Not Lose Myself to Belong
The fear of losing myself is worse than being uninformed with others. i count my blessings to keep sane, authentic and truthful in all my daily moments. i do not pretend to be something else but feel my emotions until they reveal themselves to the answers.
DAY EIGHT – people
We Don’t Know What Lies Beneath
what one may believe to be true may be sorrow to another or a fake inspiration. do not judge others under any circumstance as we do not know what lies beneath.
DAY NINE – lifestyle
The Poverty of Validation
if money were the source of all good would we actually live a better life? remember validation is not a source of richness but a confirmation of contempt.
DAY TEN – people
Stability Within the Chaos
failure to comply means you don’t agree with other people’s values but it does not mean your must sacrifice your integrity for the sake of others. it means that in order to function, you need stability in your daily chaos even in the worse time. although you can explain your definition, they do not need to understand you.
DAY ELEVEN – lifestyle
Some Rules Are Meant to Guide Us
rules can be broken like the stems of the flowers or leaves the difference is one can’t survive without the other and there are times when we need order to understand the path.
DAY TWELVE
A Life Replenished by Love
i have come to realize is that without love, there is no happiness. all my life i have struggled to find that true love, an unconditional can’t get enough of me true love is one of the most important feeling one can have and without it, we do not function. find it, keep it and replenish yourself with love.
DAY THIRTEEN – lifestyle
Between Choice and Circumstance
it has been said, that is you look close enough, you will see things you don’t want to see. if you could change anything in your life, what would it be? how would your life look or do you think that the outside world would match the inside of you? the choices we make are not control by ourself but by what the world has in store.
DAY FOURTEEN – choices
The Myth of Having It All Figured Out
who believes they have the answers to everything? no matter what life brings to the forefront, you can’t accomplish anything and everything. I am living proof that isn’t the truth. If anything, that kind of power isn’t possible and it is a good thing that I live a “realistic” life and see what is right in front of me, otherwise, I would be delusional like everyone else. be in your zone.
DAY FIFTEEN – choices
The Directions We Must Accept
i believe regret is a word that is often used but rarely accepted because the understanding of it confuses the mind. it is something we wish we would have not done or something that happened wouldn’t have happened and yet, life is full of different directions we must accept.
DAY SIXTEEN
Forgive Yourself on the Hard Days
happiness is hard and do not think for one minute we can achieve happiness every day. it is an impossible task and isn’t the least bit human. what you can try to do is forgive yourself in time of distress and believe that happy will come with patience.
DAY SEVENTEEN
You Are Not the Problem
when we dig deep enough, we look for the problem and automatically believe we are defective in some way, that in the greater scheme of things, we were cursed with evil thoughts, negative feelings and certainly no way to see the light in any given situation. find one thing that will bring that light to the surface and stay there.
DAY EIGHTEEN – lifestyle
There Is No Control, Only Reality
what makes a person who they are is by definition a structure of life events. we are molded at the time of birth and then one day we decide that something doesn’t fit. therefore we are consumed with identifying our own path and believe we are in control of our destiny. there is no control only reality.
DAY NINETEEN – choices
The Madness of Understanding Everything
when you really don’t know what is going on or what is happening at any given moment or time is discombobulated. imagine for a moment that this term resonates with your ability to understand the reality of time and making sense of this would only confuse your own pursuit of happiness. the mixed feelings would drive you mad. keep calm and breath just for today.
DAY TWENTY – people
What Shapes the Soul
it isn’t by faith or political views that life will help you develop your mind and soul but it is by
experiencing feelings, emotions and attitudes. we are consumed by the world’s socialism and we should
stay clear of those who do not serve a purpose.
DAY TWENTY ONE
How Important Is It?
chaos comes when you least expect it and your react will differ with each situation. you are filled with
emotions, feelings that can lead to overacting or even anger. then the other side of that is the feeling of
confusion and guilt. today, i would take a moment to assess the reasons, be in this moment but ask
yourself how important is it. if the answer is life shattering, then take steps to calm the senses but also
reach out and communicate with someone who accept you unconditionally.
DAY TWENTY TWO
Equal Beyond the Titles
never ever judge yourself under any circumstances. each individual moment is precious without
assuming you are not good enough. there is always someone below you and someone above you but in
title only. humanity is equal in all parts of the world and should respected.
DAY TWENTY THREE
When Compassion Is Conditional
compassion is used when a person does not know what to say. what we don’t realize is most people
pretend to feel your pain ans sorrow when in fact it is a relection of conditional up bringing. never be
fooled by others. trust in your own ability, love and understanding. you are worth it.
DAY TWENTY FOUR
When Pleasing Others Costs You
we are consumed by making others happy that we forget to look inside ourselves. why begin the day
with thoughts like that when in fact we should concerned with our health. we can’t function if we are
constantly trying to please others. what is necessary is self love and compassion for our thoughts.
DAY TWENTY FIVE
They Aren’t Supposed to Understand You
people will never understand you and that is o.k. they aren’t supposed too. you live each day as it should
and without pretending to be something you are not even if it hurts. that is the reality of life and how
you need to be.
DAY TWENTY SIX
A Reason for Breathing
consider only possibilities when they are valid. conditional provokes others to see the negative and
makes you doubt your own strengths. this world exist because humanity is conflicted. you will find that
purpose, that reason for breathing and facing each day.
DAY TWENTY SEVEN
Someday, It Will Show Us
As I live for today, in my moments, I see the truth about myself and begin to realize life isn’t what you
make but rather a resource. it shows us the journey we must take even if it is dark and sad. these
moments are meant to show you a path to believe that it does happen for a reason and even though it
isn’t clear, somehow, someday, it will show us.
DAY TWENTY EIGHT
One Thought at a Time
Whatever you are doing, whether a conversation with someone, sitting quietly, working or playing, you
have to learn to keep one thought in your head at once in order to keep peace inside your soul.
DAY TWENTY NINE
Put It in a Box
visualize the boxes. I see and feel how many things I am thinking about and put them each in their
respective place. I guess it is somewhat like the old idea of letting go, where you take what is eating you
inside, put in a balloon and watch it float away; only in this case, they are boxes and you stick them on a
shelf until later you will need them or not.
DAY THIRTY
The Weight of Something Small
For days, we find ourselves assessing a situation, an emotion until it finally eats you up inside; never
finding solution, never understanding why something so small can disrupt your life . Therefore at once,
you must take action. You either suffer in silence or decide to feel better, if only for today.
DAY THIRTY ONE
The Unattainable Corner
the theory that unresolved issues have left you feeling unfulfilled and your emotions gather. the
disappointment of feeling as though you are incomplete is a mere moment of disillusionment. This stems
from the idea there is always one corner of life so unattainable and although you have done everything
in your power to attain it, it has never been accomplished.
DAY THIRTY TWO
When the Journey Changes the Goal
It is the process that takes us to the next level, the accomplishment of saying I can do this. looking at the
dreams, the motivations and the experiences, life did not follow the journey as we expected. Grounded is
what we want to feel, fulfilled by successful accomplishments and we see only failure. the ultimate
goals is to to define who you truly are and what is important.
DAY THIRTY THREE
Let the World Find Its Own Way
they will never understand.they only believe what they see and sometimes, they don’t want to see the
reality. it is best to let the world find their own way without force. understand your own meaning and be
tolerant of those who do not share your values and unconditional life.
DAY THIRTY FOUR
Today I Will Be Bold
today i will be bold and expressive. i will not allow worry take over reality. i will face my own truths and
be satisfied that i am doing the best that i can to breath, live and function. i will not pretend to be
something i am not for the sake of others or my own sanity.
DAY THIRTY FIVE
There Is No Beginning, Just an Ending
there is no beginning but just an ending. do not feel as though you owe anyone anything rather
concentrate on your own ability to survive, live and breath. chances are others will not understand, they
will believe you are selfish and ungrateful but know that you have a purpose.
DAY THIRTY SIX
Is It Real or Is It the Emotion?
our minds can be a great tool or a false chaotic experience. it can fool us to think that we see and feel
things that are not reality but an expression of negative emotions. sit back and ask yourself whether this
is cause and effect of some experience or something someone said to trigger your confusion then
remember to let it go.
DAY THIRTY SEVEN
Who Do You Want to Be?
letting your mind wander can lead to bad ideas. for a minute, think of yourself as the person you want to
be, the person you need and the person you want. find out how others see you and decide what is best.
DAY THIRTY EIGHT
Your Thoughts Are Yours Alone.
you will never convince someone else that you are right. What you must do is believe that you are
unconditional and your thoughts are yours alone. don’t change for the sake of being accepted by others.
DAY THIRTY NINE
A Path of Serenity
the plan is to create a path of serenity. find the moment where you were the happiest, stay there and
build the life you want based on that. do not surround yourself with things and people that do not
honour your peace and self-sacrifice.
DAY FORTY
When Love Becomes a Memory
death is a part of living. it is a loss and an understanding that the body gives out. the person you once
felt close to no longer is a physical love but merely a memory. do let the delusion of after life consume
the possibility that you will see another person in another lifetime. you are only suppressing the truth.
DAY FORTY ONE
The Illusion of Control
control is an illusion and if you let it consume your inability to see the truth, it will suck the life out of
you. don’t assume if you give that you will receive because in the end, all that will be left is your own
failure.
DAY FORTY TWO
The Struggle Is Inevitable
the struggle is inevitable and letting it consume us will only bring more sorrow. the choice is simple.
decide to move on and not dwell on misery or accept that the journey is on a path meant to be.
DAY FORTY THREE
You Don’t Need a Plan
when you begin, you open your mind to a new journey. we do not know where this road will lead us but
we do not need a plan. all we need is an idea, a moment and the understanding that all is there for a
reason.
DAY FORTY FOUR
Needed or Useful?
if someone says they need you, they are expressing a lack of compassion. it isn’t that they need you
rather, you are useful in that moment. trust is unconditional and if people only reach when they desire
something, the possibility is that they have forgotten themselves.
DAY FORTY FIVE
Accept This Time in Your Moment.
Times are changing and if you feel yourself having to define yourself, it is because time is shifting. Good
or bad, there is a reason for the change. Embrace the mood, connect with yourself and learn to accept
this time in your moment. There is absolutely nothing wrong with entertaining my ideas as long as it fits
my needs.
DAY FORTY SIX
Acceptance Is Not Permission.
other people’s behavior has no importance on your own growth. if what they do or say affects you in a
way you do not understand, then search to see why this is such a troubled feeling. mind your own
feelings, emotions and thoughts. step away from what does not serve you and although being
unconditional means accepting others, it does not allow you to accept your own behavior.
DAY FORTY SEVEN
Mind the Words.
There are certain triggers that affect people. If today is one of those days, mind the words. Why is it that
what someone says or forces an issue you would rather not bring up? do they intentionally want to
upset you or bring up the pain of a such situation? Maybe it is because they like to see you suffer
because they themselves have an issue they can’t deal with or maybe because they secretly want to see
you hurt. You can see they are conditioned to draw attention to you rather than deal with their own
personal issues. Therefore, this is something you can manage. Tell them how it hurts you and make
them understand your own path.
DAY FORTY EIGHT
When Trust Creates Doubt.
doubt is a killer for emotional chaos especially when confidence is a big part of the problem. The people
we believe to trust the most are the ones we show our truths. however there are times when those
people say or do something quite opposite. The inevitable happens; our soul is torn and we then try to
decide if we should have these people in our lives. playing the opposite sides of conditional is tricky.
when you learn to accept, then you will understand.
DAY FORTY NINE
Clear the Clutter
overthinking any situation can over stimulate your feelings and emotions. it is concept of doubt. doubt in
the moment, doubt in yourself and especially doubt in others. to be able to out weigh the overthinking,
maybe try just to sit and be in the moment. clear the clutter, check the boxes, eliminate what does not
serve you.
DAY FIFTY
Are the Words Really the Problem?
Words are the most powerful thing and if not chosen wisely, you can hurt someone. Not true if you
understand the concept of unconditional. The reason people feel hurt is because there is an underlying
issue of their own journey through life. The words used are not the problem but the circumstances to
which it affects them in this way.
DAY FIFTY ONE
When There Is Nowhere Else to Go.
Feeling lost is an awful feeling. Being lost is an entirely different moment. When you realize there is no
other place to go, not up, not down, this moment can be difficult to follow. You can pretend to be
something you are not or you can face the challenge.
DAY FIFTY TWO
If Knowing Is Growing
If knowing is growing then why is accepting the truth an impossible task. We believe that people are
who they are but always try to change them to adapt to their own beliefs and way of life but in the end,
it does not fit our needs.
DAY FIFTY THREE
When the World Suffocates You
There are constant reminders of how the world is suffocating and we must release ourselves from it in
order to expand our ability to see the reality in front of us. If we are constantly trying to adapt, then we
will never see the path that is laid out for us.
DAY FIFTY FOUR
The Fine Line Between Expression and Harm
What is it about people that makes you question all of your efforts for success? i’ll tell you. the lack of
understanding and respect. most people don’t even give a second thought when speaking out loud and
saying whatever they want or feel, yet others try the same thing and get victimized or reprimanded for
being negative. there is a fine line between knowingly saying things that will hurt another person and
making yourself feel good by expressing satisfaction. allow yourself to be morally accepted by being
unconditional.
DAY FIFTY FIVE
Be Here
being in the moment is the most important factor because it sees the reality of what is around you. it
gives you a sense of belonging. if you dream of things that are far beyond your reach, you are only
setting yourself up for disappointment. Be aware of your own destination, your moment in time, never
look back and do not move forward. Be here.
DAY FIFTY SIX
The Courage to Be Imperfect
Be that person who does what others won’t do. If others are too scared to attempt something that you
are not scared to do, just go and do it with all your passion and energy. Your sense of living and defects
are a reflection of imperfections which we all should have and hope for because it teaches us the reality
of life.
DAY FIFTY SEVEN
Powerless Over Others, Not Myself
Mistakes are made and lessons are learned. People act in their own fashion not because of you and me,
but because they are who they are. I do not cause another to act the way they do. I can’t control them. I
am powerless over another one’s behaviour but not mine. people are in their own space and time and
when they are ready, they too can overcome their problems.
DAY FIFTY EIGHT
Find an Opening Into Your Own Light
I am obligated to accept these alterations and allow myself to become adaptable to someone else’s
shortcomings? Why should you surrender to someone else’s opinions? Don’t let what others think and
feel darken your life. Find an opening into your own light.
DAY FIFTY NINE
They Don’t Have to See It Your Way
When you expect others to adapt to your own way of living, you expect too much. Accepting that others
will not always see your point of view or understand your meaning makes you stronger. It will identify
your own possibilities and unconditional moments.
DAY SIXTY
Sometimes the Journey Asks You to Stop
When you feel as though you have lost yourself, stop, wait and breathe. Imagine for a moment that the
journey you are on is taking you to a designated area because it has a bigger plan. Although you do not
see it or feel it, it might be a way of showing you how to come back to this moment. It is a sign to rest.
DAY SIXTY ONE
Healing Begins With Reality
When the light at the end of the tunnel seems grim, remind yourself of all that you have accomplished.
Love is unconditional, and looking for it is a waste of time and energy. Truth and reality should prevail
when living in this moment, and nothing else will heal the wounds of destruction.
DAY SIXTY TWO
Doubt Does More Damage Than Failure
The sound of my own voice can alter my decisions and blacken the worst moments. Release those
thoughts in a healthy way and begin to see that life is on the path you were chosen for. No one is
beyond repair; only doubt can hinder your mind.
DAY SIXTY THREE
Love Alters the Course of Our Lives
I never understood why I could never pinpoint the real reason for my existence and how important it was
for me to be defined. We all need to know that people love us, and when we don’t feel loved, we lose
the ability to see the good. Acts of love or kindness are rare, but showing yourself that deep
unconditional love will make you understand others for who they are and what the truth is. I truly
believe love defines and alters our lives; whether good or bad, we can learn from being loved.
DAY SIXTY FOUR
We Cannot Question Our Way Out of Pain
The fact remains, we are all victims of self-destruction. We perceive the ability to survive life’s tragedies,
but we suppress the negative emotions. Why not stop asking the questions and just accept the
moments?
DAY SIXTY FIVE
When Understanding the Past Costs Us the Present
The reason we search for answers to the most chaotic reasons behind life is because we are filled with
grief, regret, impossible journeys and bad decisions. The problem is most of us dwell on this rather than
the good in our lives. We feel the need to tear apart the struggles, understand that meaning when all
the while we are forgetting our own wellness.
DAY SIXTY SIX
When Life Becomes About Simply Finding Peace
Embracing Failure at Life is Finding Strength and Purpose in Adversity and the biggest dilemma with the
world today is the idea of people and how they live. We judge by conditions and not what is really in
front of us. We struggle with trying to make a difference in the world and find our purpose, but when the
hole has gone deep, there is no way back up. What we need is simplicity and comfort for ourselves.
DAY SIXTY SEVEN
We Choose the Steps, Not the Destination
Most people will say we are all on this earth for a reason; the path has already been laid out, and as
much as we would like to control this life we have been given, the destination is set.
DAY SIXTY EIGHT
Good, Bad and Somewhere Between
If I have learned anything in my lifetime, it is that some people were put here to be who they are, some
good, some bad, and others just fill the gaps. You believe what you want but the reality is set forth.
DAY SIXTY NINE
We are consumed by greed, ambition and purpose.
We spend so much of our lives chasing more—more money, more success, more recognition. Ambition
can give us direction, but when does wanting more become never having enough? Somewhere between
greed and purpose, we have to decide what truly makes a life worth living.
DAY SEVENTY
Not Everything Is Possible
My thoughts this morning are on people who believe they have the answers to everything. That no
matter what life brings to the forefront, you can’t accomplish anything and everything. If anything, let’s
consider if that kind of power isn’t possible. Rather living a “realistic” life is much more sensible.
Otherwise, we would be delusional.
DAY SEVENTY ONE
When people attempt to influence your thoughts or opinions.
Have you ever gotten the feeling that people constantly want to change you? They press issues that you
stand by and believe in, telling you that their way is better, but what they don’t realize is that life
conditioning is more powerful than a few ideas of well structured mind set words.
DAY SEVENTY TWO
Do What You Can With What You Have
The one thing that is true and concrete is the present. The air that we breathe, the selection of
experiences and jolt of feelings and emotions we will never understand. So, if I leave you with anything
today is this: just go with the flow, know that in this moment you are where you are because it is meant
to be, do what you can with what you have, and never let anyone else convince you otherwise.
